Description:
An original antique American Waltham Watch Company pocket watch movement dating to approximately 1881. This is an 18-size Model 1877 movement, complete with its original enamel dial and subsidiary seconds register.

The movement is signed “Waltham, Mass.” and carries serial number 1545417. The enamel dial features black Roman numerals with a subsidiary seconds dial. The movement retains its original engraved regulator marked “F / S” and “Pat. Pinion.”

The movement is currently sold as spares or repair due to a mainspring fault. The balance appears visually good. The dial is noted as being in good condition overall, although the hands are incomplete/damaged, with only one damaged hand remaining fitted.

An honest early Waltham movement suitable for restoration, display, or use as donor parts.
