Refund policy

We want all our customers to be completely happy with their purchases from Bowles Ltd. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day returns policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@bowles.ltd or use our returns portal. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return Postage

Where a return is requested for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order, or no longer required, the cost of return postage may be deducted from the refund amount.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and resolve it appropriately.

Where possible, we may request photographs to help us evaluate the issue before arranging a return.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personal goods such as earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them, unused where applicable, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Return postage costs for change-of-mind returns may still apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process refunds.
