A fine antique sterling silver fob medal dating to the Edwardian period, hallmarked Birmingham 1908 and made by Vaughton & Sons. The front is beautifully detailed with a stag’s head motif and green enamelled fencing, with a ribbon scroll reading “Lozells Harriers”, a well-known Birmingham-based athletic and harriers club. The reverse features a vacant shield cartouche framed by laurel wreaths, ideal for potential engraving if desired. A charming piece of early 20th-century sporting history.
