Vintage Girard-Perregaux Ladies Watch – Manual Wind 17J Swiss – C.1960's
A fine vintage Girard-Perregaux ladies’ wristwatch, Swiss made, fitted with a 17-jewel manual wind movement. The watch is in excellent working order and keeps time well, though as with all vintage pieces a service is recommended for continued accuracy.
This watch features a classic stainless steel case, signed Girard-Perregaux inside the caseback (ref. 6281), with a silvered dial, baton hour markers, and sub-seconds dial at 6 o’clock. The movement is clearly signed “Girard-Perregaux, Swiss, 17 Jewels, Adjusted” and marked 81 BE 609.
The strap is a later replacement in brown leather, and not original to the watch.
