Description
An attractive antique Swiss silver cased pocket watch housed in a finely decorated .800 silver case. This elegant late 19th or early 20th century pocket watch features a clean white enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands, complemented by an ornate engine-turned and engraved silver case.
The watch is key wound and currently winds, runs and keeps time, although it does stop occasionally during operation. As such, a service is recommended before regular use. The dial, hands, crystal and case all present exceptionally well, making this a particularly attractive example.
The case bears Swiss .800 silver hallmarks together with the maker's mark associated with Paul Jacky & Co.
Supplied in a Bowles Ltd. gift box.
